How Proudfrog works

Proudfrog turns your meetings into searchable, structured knowledge. The workflow is simple:

1. Record — Use the macOS or iOS app to capture meeting audio (including system audio from video calls).
2. Transcribe — Your recording is automatically uploaded, transcribed, and split by speaker using AI.
3. Analyze — The AI pipeline extracts a digest, key terms, entities, and structured meeting notes.
4. Explore — Ask questions across all your meetings using the Explore AI chat.

Your first recording

1. Install the macOS or iOS app and sign in with your account.
2. On macOS, click the frog icon in the menu bar. On iOS, open the app.
3. Press Start Recording before or during your meeting.
4. When done, press Stop. The recording uploads automatically.
5. You'll receive an email when your transcript is ready (usually 2–5 minutes).
6. Open app.proudfrog.com to view, edit, and explore your transcript.

Free credit & billing

New accounts receive €5.00 in free credit. Transcription costs €0.006 per recorded minute (about €0.36 per hour). AI features like Explore use token-based pricing. You can check your balance and usage anytime from the header or in Settings.
