1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Proudfrog ("the Service"), including the Capture by Proudfrog iOS app, the web dashboard at app.proudfrog.com, and the API, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Proudfrog provides audio recording, transcription with speaker identification, and transcript management tools. The Service includes:

• An iOS app for recording meetings.
• Cloud-based transcription with speaker diarization.
• A web dashboard for reviewing, editing, and managing transcripts.
• AI-powered features such as summarization and meeting notes extraction.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide a valid email address for account creation and transcript delivery.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Record conversations without the consent of all participants where required by law.
• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others.
• Attempt to access other users' data or disrupt the Service.
• Use the Service for automated or bulk processing beyond normal personal or business use.

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all audio recordings and transcripts you create. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your audio for the purpose of providing transcription services. We do not use your content for training AI models.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service downtime.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Transcription accuracy depends on audio quality and may contain errors. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of transcripts, including inaccuracies in speaker identification or text content.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend your access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
